[ESP] ESP: Meeting Agenda

Chris,

    As you know, Bob Drach and I will be attending the meeting. What we 
will be talking about, I have know idea yet. Maybe this will be our 
title: "I have know idea yet."

    We should focus on what it we want to cover at this meeting.
        (i.e., data, metadata, and data portal)
