To proceed with the planning of the late September ESP meeting, I would like 
confirmation on who in your organization will be attending the meeting and 
the title of the talk(s) that you would like to give. If you think colleagues 
from other institutions would like to attend please forward this email to 
them.

I would like to get a tentative agenda out to you within a week so we can 
proceed with our dissuasions.
