[ESP] fgdc extensions for remote sensing metadata

Hi folks,

Following on from Bryan's powerpoints which mention FGDC / CSDGM and DIF,
it's worth noting that there is now also a set of FGDC extensions for remote
sensing metadata, which has now been "endorsed" (which I think is the final
stage).

Specifically, these extensions provide extra sections for "Platform and
Mission information", "Instrument Information" and a number of additions
within the existing sections, such as the new "Aggregation Information" and
"Dataset Identifier" sections within "Identification Information".

Back to the original FGDC standard, however. There's the DTD at 
	http://www.fgdc.gov/metadata/fgdc-std-001-1998.dtd
and there has been some work to produce this as a W3C schema, results of
