Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for a postdoc to investigate snowmelt processes using
satellite remote sensing. This is a fully funded, full-time, 1-year
position that will be based in the Department of Earth and Environmental
Sciences at Syracuse University.

The successful applicant will work closely with team members from Syracuse
University, NASA, and the Army Corps of Engineers on a continuing NASA-funded
research project that seeks to improve monitoring of snowmelt dynamics via
data fusion of active and passive microwave satellite observation

The project is well suited to applicants with a strong background in remote
sensing, snow science, hydrology, GIS, and/or climate science.

Please see the full ad for more details, and to apply:
https://www.sujobopps.com/postings/108531

Applications will be evaluated starting April 16, 2024, and the position
will remain open until filled.

Please feel free to share with any potential candidates!

Best,
Sam
