a dynamic marine conservation non-profit organization. We are embarking on
an ambitious project to deploy a large hybrid reef off Hollywood Beach,
Florida in May 2025, and are seeking motivated interns to join our efforts.

We are looking for two interns passionate about marine conservation and
willing to commit to a minimum of six months (with the possibility of an
extension). These internships will provide opportunities to work both
independently and in small teams in a hybrid work environment. Interns will
be involved in a variety of tasks, including reef monitoring, coral
outplanting, project design, value assessments, community engagement, and
publication of project results. Additionally, we’re open to exploring new
project ideas based on your interests and expertise.


An internship stipend may be available (negotiable based on funding and
grants), and we’re happy to discuss potential options. These internships
are ideal for students studying coral reef science (ecology, biology,
geology), marine restoration, and related social science fields (sociology,
economics, human geography). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on
experience that is essential for pursuing careers in marine consulting,
NGOs, government, or academia. Mentorship will be provided throughout the
