We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for scientists and
academics to engage in meaningful public outreach and climate education
through the Climate Studio Initiative

Thanks to the support of the National Science Foundation, Pratt Institute,
in collaboration with Beam Center and Telos Learning, is launching the Climate
Studio Residency 2025

This program offers a rare chance for scientists to connect with members of
the public who may not typically engage with climate change issues,
fostering climate literacy and promoting climate justice through the
creation of public art in New York City

Open to: Applicants with demonstrated interest in climate literacy or
climate justice
This initiative aims to strengthen public participation in the democratic
process by raising awareness of climate issues through innovative, artistic
approaches. Residents will collaborate with artists, educators, and youth
from New York City to create impactful public art projects
