The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (EES) at Syracuse
University (https://artsandsciences.syracuse.edu/earth-sciences-department/)
seeks applicants for the inaugural *Thonis Family Postdoctoral Research
Fellowship*. We seek an exceptional early career scientist from across the
spectrum of geoscience research represented by the faculty in EES.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact possible faculty mentors and
clearly identify them in their required application materials.

The fellowship is initially awarded for one year and subject to renewal for
a maximum of two years.

The application deadline for this position is less than one week away:
