We are an early-stage startup pioneering novel precipitation enhancement technology to end droughts, suppress wildfires, and build snowpack.

You will function as both lead architect and hands-on engineer, building NWP tools for both theoretical (historical and predictive modeling), while building a state of the art operational tool to guide our deployments. You will also get to build out and lead a small team of top-tier data scientists, scientists, and software engineers.

Ideally, you have prior expertise in NWP, particularly WRF, and data assimilation (WRFDA, DART, etc.).

This will be a significant equity opportunity. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but for the right candidate could be remote.
