Hi everyone — we're looking a Founding Engineer at Noetis!

About Noetis:
We’re building a real-time methane intelligence platform for landfills — combining ruggedized low-cost sensors, drone scanning, and operational AI to cut methane emissions at scale. Methane is 84x more potent than CO₂ and responsible for ~30% of current global warming — but landfill emissions remain largely invisible and unaddressed.

We’ve secured two pilot customers and are gearing up for first field deployments by summer 2025. We're looking for a systems builder — someone who can architect rugged hardware, cloud systems, and operational AI — to join as a true co-creator at the ground floor.

Who we’re looking for:

  *   Deep builder mindset (hardware + software, field-ready)
  *   Embedded systems, IoT, or edge computing experience
  *   Cloud architecture experience (AWS IoT, serverless systems)
  *   (Bonus) Drone ops, environmental sensing, anomaly detection experience
  *   High-agency, pragmatic, and energized by messy real-world problems
