[ES_JOBS_NET] Postdoctoral Researcher - Ocean Boundary Layer at Princeton University

Dear colleagues,

We are inviting applications for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher
at Princeton University, in association with the NOAA GFDL lab. We seek a
postdoctoral or more senior research scientist, to develop machine learned
parameterizations for vertical mixing in the ocean surface boundary layer
and apply them to ocean climate models. The work is part of the
international project, M²LInES <https://m2lines.github.io/>. The scientific
goal of this project is to improve climate predictions by reducing climate
model errors at the air-sea/ice interface using machine learning (ML)
models.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or expect to complete a Ph.D. for an
anticipated start date in late 2024 or early 2025.
