Measurements Center. The Center will develop accurate and standardized
climate impact assessment tools for use at sub-regional scales and develop
a wide network of collaborators to enable use of those tools to improve

. We are recruiting three highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative
people to join the Center. Please consider the opportunities below and

The *Program Manager <https://www.uvmjobs.com/postings/75161>* will work
with a dynamic team of UVM faculty, staff, students, and postdocs along
with a wide range of external partners to establish and run an
impact-focused interdisciplinary national center of excellence. Working
closely with Center Director Gillian Galford, the program manager will
implement strategy and priorities; develop and facilitate programming;
build and coordinate diverse partnerships; lead communications; design and
oversee budgetary and financial systems including contracts and service
agreements; and manage administration and logistics.
The* Postdoctoral Fellow in Climate Impact Assessment

standardize practices in climate assessment through social and natural
science approaches. Collaborating with a large team of interdisciplinary
partners and reporting to Center Director Gillian Galford, they build tools
for assessment and contribute to the national capacity for climate impact
measurement. This will include topics such as developing standardized
protocols for needs assessment, mixed methods analyses, and
interdisciplinary study. The Climate Impact Assessment Fellow will take a
leadership role with diverse national partners to understand the approaches
and challenges to current sub-national climate assessment work and to
gather and promote the best practices.
The *Postdoctoral Fellow in Climate Impacts in Food Systems

standardized assessment frameworks, methods, and measurements for climate
change impact and adaptation in food systems. Working with an
interdisciplinary team led by Dr. Eric Roy, the fellow will engage with
topics such as monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture,
links between agricultural practices and outcomes for climate adaptation,
climate- and management-related losses of nitrogen and phosphorus to water
in agricultural settings, life cycle assessment of food systems, and
economic factors
