The Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) in
Boulder, Colorado and the NOAA Global System Laboratory (GSL) have an
immediate opening for an Associate Scientist with experience in atmospheric
physics and/or chemistry, meteorology, numerical weather prediction and/or
air quality modeling to develop and support state-of-the- art coupled air
quality and fire weather models developed at NOAA/GSL. The scientist will
have an appointment within the Earth Prediction Advancement Division (EPAD)
of GSL.
