The Center for Faculty Excellence<http://ou.edu/cfe> at the University of Oklahoma is seeking a full-time faculty development specialist<https://ou.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobdetail.ftl?job=240299&tz=GMT-06%3A00&tzname=America%2FChicago> who will provide developmental feedback and other resources to support faculty in their efforts to gain external funding for their research. We are particularly interested in expanding our diverse team to include someone with a background in life science, public health, or other bio-informed fields. While the ad states that we required 2 years of proposal development experience, we consider experience broadly and encourage recent PhD students and postdocs to apply, particularly those interested in helping others develop science communication and project management skills. We provide supportive training and professional development resources for our team as they continue to grow and learn.
