The School for Field Studies<https://www.fieldstudies.org/> is hiring for the role of Program Manager at our Center for Amazon Studies in Tarapoto, Peru. This role will serve as the manager of a residential team of faculty and staff that delivers an interdisciplinary, hands-on learning experience to undergraduate students from U.S. institutions of higher learning who are spending a semester abroad. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in administration and operations who have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion and cultural competence in a learning environment.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
☑️ Must be a Peruvian National or have pre-existing work authorization for Peru
☑️ Experience in operations, managing personnel, administration, and/or finance in Peru
