The Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, CO, seeks to fill a full-time professional research position for its collaborative research with the National Park Service (NPS). The individual in this position will support NPS monitoring and data analysis assessments, the IMPROVE<http://vista.cira.colostate.edu/Improve/> (Interagency Monitoring of Protected Visual Environments) program, as well as the Regional Haze Rule<https://www.epa.gov/visibility>, through quality assurance/quality control activities and analysis of aerosol and visibility data. The individual in this position may also serve as a field technician to deploy, monitor, and repair instruments operating as part of air quality field studies and perform IMPROVE monitoring site audits.
