See below for a job opening with the EPA Climate Policy Branch. CPB is
looking for a coordinator for our international capacity building efforts
to assist developing countries in establishing and improving their
greenhouse gas emissions inventory systems. *The posting closes on
Wednesday, March 15th.*
I am pleased to announce an opening for an International Environmental
Program Specialist with the Office of Air & Radiation (OAR), Office of
Atmospheric Protection (OAP). The vacancy is in the Climate Change
Division (CCD), Climate Policy Branch (CPB). This exciting position will
serve as a specialist with responsibility for ongoing program development
for high-visibility international programs and will coordinate with other
agencies, non-profit organizations, countries and international
organizations to facilitate capacity building/implementation of
international programs in key countries and regions. This position will
represent Agency interests in inter-agency and international
presentations/consultations on environmental issues, manage work
assignments and assistance agreements in accordance with Federal and EPA
regulations, policies, procedures and CCD requirements.
