The Indiana University Bloomington Department of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences invites applications for a tenure hire in Atmospheric or Earth Science with applications to planetary science, to begin in Fall 2023. Candidates should have research interests in planetary atmospheric modeling or some aspect of planetary geology and have links to one or more of our research strengths in atmospheric sciences, geophysics, surface processes, sedimentology, hydrology, crustal processes, isotopic analysis, paleoclimate, or biogeochemistry.

This hire is intended to be at the Associate or Full Professor level, but outstanding applicants at the Assistant Professor level with a strong record of publication and external funding will also be considered.
