The University of Cincinnati Department of Geosciences is seeking an "Instrumentation Specialist" to support and foster growth in our expanding research and teaching programs that integrate field, laboratory, and quantitative approaches to solve problems at the nexus of water, climate, rock, and life.  The successful candidate will design and maintain a wide array of scientific instrumentation including isotope ratio mass spectrometers, optical emission spectrometers, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and florescence, environmental sensors, and ground-penetrating radar. The position includes opportunities for collaborating in research, teaching and training of students, and working in the field.
