Prospective PhD Students, Fall 2023

Are you passionate about understanding natural ecosystems and how they will
adjust to changes in climate and land cover? Are you curious about learning
how vegetation interacts with our global climate and weather patterns? If
so, please consider joining my group in the Department of Environmental
Science at the University of Arizona!

I will be recruiting 1-2 fully funded PhD students for the Fall 2023
semester. Areas of research could include vegetation response to climate
extremes, vegetation recovery following these extremes, changing vegetation
phenology, natural climate solutions, land cover degradation, and
vegetation resilience.
