There is an opening for two post-doctoral positions in Natural Hazards at
the Centre of Natural Hazards and Disaster Science (CNDS), Uppsala
University, for a duration of 24 months. Deadline for applications is
currently the *27th April.*

*The positions*

The positions are open for a broad range of topics, spanning the drivers,
processes and consequences of extreme events of natural origin, including
both climate extremes and geological extremes.


*The Centre of Natural Hazards and Disaster Science*

The Centre of Natural Hazard and Disaster Science (CNDS) is a research
center that brings together social, engineering and earth scientists. It is
based at the Department of Earth Science, Uppsala University. The research
conducted at CNDS aims to improve the ability to prevent and deal with
natural hazards and disasters. For more information see www.cnds.se.
