4 tenure-track positions at the Faculty of Science, Lund University (equiv. assistant prof.)
6 years fixed term, with possibly for promotion to Senior Lecturer (permanent contract – equiv. associate prof.)
Includes one PhD position and 2-year postdoc.
The research area is entirely open within the remit of the Faculty of Science. One particular research strength area is in the fields of Ecology and Environmental Sciences in which researchers closely cooperate across 4 departments:
* Department of Physical Geography and Ecosystem Science (www.nateko.lu.se<http://www.nateko.lu.se>)
* Centre for Environmental and Climate Science (www.cec.lu.se<http://www.cec.lu.se>)
* Department of Biology (www.biology.lu.se<http://www.biology.lu.se>)
* Department of Geology (www.geology.lu.se<http://www.geology.lu.se>)
Work on topics of biodiversity, carbon cycling, climate modelling and ecosystem services are tied together through two well-funded strategic research areas, hosted at Lund University and linking universities and research institutes across Sweden.
