Attention: Undergraduates in geoscience

Please consider applying for our National Science Foundation-funded International Research Experiences for Students program “Landscapes of Deep Time in the Red Earth of France— Research Training in Paleoclimate”

Our program is open to current undergraduates majoring in geoscience and is particularly focused on recruiting undergraduates from underserved groups. We especially encourage applications from American Indian/Alaska Native students, and first-generation college students. The program will involve geological (sedimentological) fieldwork in late spring-summer 2022 (pending COVID travel restrictions) and is fully-funded (travel, lodging, subsistence) in addition to a $500/week stipend. The deadline for applications is Feb-1, 2022.
