Funded Ph.D. project: Early Earth and Mars Astrobiology
I am searching for a Ph.D. student to join my lab at the University of Cincinnati in August 2022. The position is fully funded, but the project is somewhat open. The general topics would include Precambrian microfossil studies, including organic and isotopic geochemical analyses, and/or work with NASA’s Mars Perseverance rover searching for biosignatures and on returned sample science.
