The Department of Atmospheric Sciences, College of Geosciences at Texas 
A&M University invites applications for one full-time non-tenure track 
Research Assistant Professor with a 9-month academic year appointment 
and 3-month summer appointment beginning August 2022.

The successful candidate will lead and conduct research projects in 
applied climatology and product development within the Southern Regional 
Climate Center (SRCC) and the Office of the State Climatologist of Texas 
(OSC), as well as participate in outreach and stakeholder support 
activities.   The successful candidate may also develop their own 
externally-funded research portfolio.
