We seek a postdoctoral researcher to work on the human dimensions of global environmental change including climate and development, climate justice and earth system governance. Duties & Responsibilities include:

*      Literature reviews and syntheses

*      Analysis of environment and development data

*      Organization of workshops and small conferences

*      Regular reporting of progress and meetings with research team (including early and late conference calls to accommodate time zones for international collaboration)

*      Writing articles for publication (co-authorship for major contributions)
Minimum Qualifications

*      PhD focused on environmental social sciences (e.g. in Geography, Political Science, Development, Sociology) prior to job start date

*      At least two refereed publications in environmental social sciences
Preferred Qualifications

*      Experience working in interdisciplinary teams including social and natural sciences

*      Background in environment and development or global environmental governance

*      Background in both qualitative and quantitative methods
Number of Hours Worked per Week 20-40
