Hi all,
I’d like to bring your attention to the new Stanford Science Fellows program. It’s a postdoctoral fellowship in the natural sciences in any relevant department/unit at Stanford University. I welcome anyone interested in severe weather and climate to consider applying to the program to work in my group (storms.stanford.edu<http://storms.stanford.edu/>). The fellowship emphasizes intellectual freedom and independence, and is long enough for people to tackle really complex problems.
Fellowship website: https://stanfordsciencefellows.stanford.edu/apply with details about eligibility and how to apply.
If interested, please contact me in advance so that we can discuss potential research projects (oneillm at stanford.edu). The fellowship is for 3 years with an annual stipend of $83,000, benefits and up to $8,000 for research expenses.
Take care,
Morgan
