This is an Urban Wildlife Biologist position supervised by the Chesapeake Bay Field Office in Annapolis, MD. The Biologist will work primarily in Baltimore, Maryland. The focus of the work is conducting Wildlife Biology (e.g. wildlife surveys and monitoring, monarch tagging), outreach (e.g. coordinating fishing days and bioblitzes, interpreting wildlife to local residents) and working with a diverse array of partners within the Baltimore Rivers to Harbor Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership with a special emphasis on the Masonville Cove Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership. Through these partnerships, the Biologist will focus on promoting biodiversity, equity, resilience and discovery.
