Subject: Phd Position offer - Atmospheric Chemistry

Dear colleagues,

In the frame of the European Project ITN GMOSTrain, 15 PhD positions are offered throughout Europe on a variety of topics.

Among these positions, we recruit for 3 yrs in Grenoble an atmospheric chemist to work on atmospheric mercury cycle in tropics and/or polar regions using novel field data and modeling tools in collaboration with prestigious collaborators (details are attached). This topic is also open for MSc research projects between Jan-June 2020 with the possibility to continue as a PhD.

For more information, please contact me or Jeroen Sonke (co-supervisor).

Important criteria for elibility: 1. be within the first four years of your research career (i.e. since MSc or equivalent), 2. must not have lived in the country where you aim to be recruited "for more than 12 months in the 3 years before the recruitment date".

More information can be found here<https://www.gmos-train.eu/esr/projects/>. Application has to be submitted on the same website: https://www.gmos-train.eu/esr/projects/

Best regards,

Aurélien Dommergue
