The Department of Geological Sciences at New Mexico State University is looking for qualified candidates for their Masters in Science graduate program.  New Mexico State University is located in southern New Mexico, a location that offers highly diverse geological settings.  Faculty in the department undertake research across a range of topics including sedimentology, stratigraphy, tectonics, neotectonics, petrology, volcanology, geochemistry, and geochronology.  The department currently has support for graduate students undertaking thesis research in all of these areas.
