Required qualifications:
   - Completed doctoral degree in Hydrology, Information and Computational Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
   - Experience in data mining, machine learning, parallel computing, etc.
   - Publications in highly-reputed international journals.
   - Applicants should have excellent English language skills.
