To: <ISOGEOCHEM at list.uvm.edu<mailto:ISOGEOCHEM at list.uvm.edu>>

I’m distributing this on behalf of Monash Earth Sciences. It is not isotope specific but we do have a range of instruments including IRMS plus peripherals, TIMS, MC-ICP-MS, and access to the Australian synchrotron.

Please contact Andy Tomkins (Andy.Tomkins at monash.edu<mailto:Andy.Tomkins at monash.edu>) if interested - please don’t reply to the list.

The School of Earth, Atmosphere & Environment<https://www.monash.edu/science/schools/earth-atmosphere-environment> at Monash University, is encouraging enquiries from outstanding mid-career researchers interested in applying for an ARC Future Fellowship in our School.

These are highly prestigious 4-year research fellowships for researchers with up to 15 years experience post PhD (excluding career interruptions), which come with salary and up to AUD$40,000 in research funding per annum. Three possible salary levels are broadly commensurate with track record and experience in the ranges 5-8, 8-12, and 12-15 years post PhD. We invite outstanding applicants to negotiate additional opportunities.

Applications, prepared with our support, are due to the Australian Research Council (ARC) on November 20, 2019. Successful candidates are expected to be notified in mid 2020, with commencement dates shortly thereafter and up to early 2021.

Monash University is located in Melbourne, Australia, and is one of Australia’s top 8 research-focused universities. It is ranked in the top 100 universities globally, and is well regarded in the broader discipline of Earth Sciences. We have outstanding research facilities, and have the Australian Synchrotron situated adjacent to our campus. Our school enjoys a friendly, collaborative working environment, in one of the world’s most liveable cities.

Please address enquires to one of our current Future Fellows, Andy Tomkins (andy.tomkins at monash.edu<mailto:andy.tomkins at monash.edu>).

Regards

Ian
