To qualify for the GS-05 level, you need to have completed four academic
years of post-high school leading to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
degree.

To qualify for the GS-07 level, you need to have completed one full
academic year of graduate level education; or a bachelor’s degree with
superior academic achievement.

Please note that postings will be open until Dec 17, 2019 or until 75
applications are received, whichever comes first.
