I work for a STEM education nonprofit based out of the Twin Cities, MN, and
we're looking for a part-time educator starting as soon as possible! Come
work with me! I love working for this organization, it's been super
rewarding and there is good support and competitive pay. Job posting is
below:

Do you want to feel like a science rock star?

We’re looking for charismatic scientist and engineers to co-teach hands-on
science and engineering lessons to elementary and middle school students.
Our Instructors work alongside classroom teachers during the school day to
improve students’ attitudes and aptitudes in science and engineering.

Science from Scientists’ mission is to teach and inspire the next
generation to identify and solve real-world problems by improving STEM
literacy.

Schedule & Pay: This is a flexible hourly position. Base level commitment
is 1 school day every other week, starting at $25/hour. Additional school
days available.

•Requirements: Must have an undergraduate degree in a STEM (science,
technology, engineering, or math) field and have or be pursuing a graduate
degree in STEM or Education, or industry experience. Must be able to pass
background check. Driver’s license and access to a car required.

What do employees say they enjoy most about working for us?

“I really enjoyed seeing kids get inspired about
the STEM fields. Many of the students were so
excited for their SfS day and really looked up to
the scientists as role models which meant a lot.
Nowadays, there are so many standards that
science teachers have to teach and other things
to worry about that it can be difficult to provide
many hands-on lab experiences. SfS really helps
bring science to life!”

Help our youth love STEM. Apply online at
