Postdoctoral Fellow Employee – Microphysics of marine aerosols and fog –
Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science, Dalhousie University
The Atmospheric Processes and Composition Group is seeking a postdoctoral
fellow to lead a study on marine aerosol, fog and visibility that will take
place during the spring and/or summer of 2018. Duties include but are not
limited to: in situ sample collection and accompanying data analysis,
supervising graduate students, data analysis of previous studies and
publication in scientific journals. A PhD degree in atmospheric sciences or
a related field within the last 5 years is required. Experience with
aerosol, fog and/or other in situ atmospheric sampling techniques and data
analysis is highly desired.

the position is filled. The position is initially for two years, but
renewal is possible subject to the availability of funds as well as the
