Subject: [LTER-All-lter] Mozilla Fellows For Science- apply now!!
To: all-lter at lternet.edu

Hi All,

The call is currently out for applications for the Mozilla Fellows for
Science. As a current fellow with MSL and an LTER scientist, I know this
will be of interest to many of our early-career people- particularly those
interested in data science, reproducibility, quantitative methods, and
using technology for good. It’s an extremely well-funded fellowship
($60,000 USD per academic year, plus provisions for travel, equipment,
health and child care), and shares many goals with the LTER vision.

I’m happy to field any questions that community members have. Please feel
free to also circulate to anyone you feel may be interested. Grad students,
postdocs, research scientists, and even early-career tenure track people
are eligible. Details below.

 Best,

-Christie Bahlai
