*Scientist - Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL)*
The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) invites applications for a
research scientist in ocean circulation and climate. JPL is a
division of the California Institute of Technology and is a recognized
international leader in Earth remote sensing and climate research.
Candidates are being sought with expertise in ocean circulation
modeling and state estimation with experience in analyzing satellite
ocean remote sensing observations. The successful candidate will
contribute to the efforts of an ongoing study in ocean state
estimation but is expected to develop innovative research projects of
her/his own and pursue new satellite missions and/or instrument
opportunities.
