Abstracts 1 and 3 look fine to me. To answer some of the inputs on  
abstract 2:

* I'm now saying "13/14 November 2012 (GMT/Australia)"

* I've decided to leave the reference to the Venus app there. I think  
this serves
multiple good purposes, and I don't think it jeopardizes our  
forthcoming giant
step forward.
