[Dart-users] Tim Hoar retirement

Hi Tim:

This is a big loss for the DART community, although you're leaving things
in great shape and in great hands!  So just focus on your retirement and
make the most out of it.  And no, at 60, you should be at the peak of your
health so I'm sure you'll have many more years to enjoy travelling and
other hobbies like heavy construction in your basement!! :)

I look forward to meeting up again in Boulder or just make sure to send me
a message if you're traveling to my neck of the woods in western Maryland.
GAP goes right through Frostburg (wink wink)!
