CEDAR email: Polar Cap Patches GC soliciting talks

Dear all,

We warmly solicit presentations for the Polar Cap Patches GC session in the
upcoming CEDAR. This year, we will be focusing on the patches/polar TIDs
generation from a thermospheric perspective and small-scale irregularities
