CEDAR email: New Version of ICON IVM Data Product Available

Dear CEDAR Community,
The ICON Ion Velocity Meter (IVM) data product (L2.7) has been updated to version 8 revision 2 (v08r002) and is currently available for the full mission on the ICON FTP site and at NASA’s SPDF. This is the final version of the IVM data product and should be used for all current and future analyses. This product implements an updated algorithm to correct for offsets in ion drifts in the instrument frame and now includes estimated uncertainties for all derived geophysical quantities.
The electronic files (NetCDFs) can be found for the whole of the ICON mission at both the ICON FTP site and at the NASA SPDF.
