Dear CEDAR Community,

We would like to remind you of the August 15 deadline for registration and
abstract submission for the 2025 Community Space Weather Modeling and Data
Assimilation Workshop that will be held on September 10-11 at the UCAR
Foothills Campus in Boulder, Colorado. Previously announced details are
provided below.

The 2025 Community Space Weather Modeling and Data Assimilation Workshop
will be held on September 10–11 at the UCAR Foothills Campus in Boulder,
Colorado. Hosted by UCAR and NSF NCAR, in collaboration with NOAA, NRL, and
University of Colorado, the workshop will support both in-person and remote
participation, with virtual access available for the full duration of the
meeting.

This workshop will bring together experts to exchange technical knowledge
and details on ongoing space weather modeling, data assimilation, and
post-processing efforts, including discussion of current and future
developments for space weather data assimilation within the JEDI framework.
It also seeks to collect operational needs for developing space weather
forecast models, parameter estimation, and data assimilation, and discuss
current operational capabilities and future plans. Registration and
