OSD is holding a DEPSCoR webinar on 5 April @ 1300 - 1500.  They will present a quick overview of basic research in the DoD and be going over the FOA's and answering questions related to them during this time.  While it is not required, if you have topics in the open FOA, you may have several questions answered related to eligibility that you may get.  The FOA is asking for proposals related to increasing basic research capacity at DEPSCOR schools. They're casting a pretty wide net for proposals. I could see building a capability for building cubesats, a computer facility, a graduate program, ect.
