CEDAR email: Updated CEDAR Solicitation

Dear CEDAR Community,

Please note that a new CEDAR solicitation is released today. All three targeted solicitations (CEDAR, GEM, SHINE) in Geospace have now been updated this year.  A major change is that all solicitations now have an annual target date.  For 2022, the target date for CEDAR proposals is May 20th. Proposals received by this target date will be competitively reviewed together and the award decision will be made soon after.  Target dates in following years are the first Friday in May.  The total annual funding, expected number of awards, and typical award size are all increased.
