Dear Colleagues,

In preparation for the approaching Heliophysics 2050 Workshop (May 3-7), a
series of workshop discussions related to the state of the heliophysics
community/profession will be held. These sessions are meant to guide our
thinking during the workshop and beyond (over the next three decades), as
well as focus the efforts of the heliophysics sub-communities who typically
do not have an open dialog with each other. The results of these
discussions will be available for the heliophysics community at large.

After the first session, we decided to change our original plan and hold
two sessions before Helio2050 and one or two after Helio2050. The second
meeting (the last one before the workshop), will be held Wednesday 4/28
from 2:30 - 4pm Eastern Time (we can go beyond 4 pm, if the need arises).
This session will be open to all members of the heliophysics community.
Please feel free to attend all or part of the session.

Pre-registration is required here (a meeting link will be provided in the
future): https://forms.gle/9hqnxVUzVHGydzC7A

Please feel free to pass this email to interested parties.

Best,
Lindsay Goodwin (lindsay.v.goodwin at njit.edu) and Jaye Verniero (
jlverniero at berkeley.edu)
