Dear Colleagues,

This is the last call for proposals for the 2019/2020 Co-ordinated Incoherent Scatter Observation Days (also known as ISR World Days). Proposals should be submitted via e-mail to Emma Spanswick (elspansw at ucalgary.ca<mailto:elspansw at ucalgary.ca>) and Andrew Kavanagh (andkav at bas.ac.uk<mailto:andkav at bas.ac.uk>) by EOB today. Please note, proposals will evaluated and circulated to the various radar operations teams to ensure feasibility of support.

To expedite the process this year, we are attaching some notes about the proposal procedure as well as a proposal template.

The URSI Incoherent Scatter working Group (ISWG) planning meeting is scheduled for Tuesday June 18th at 19:00 @CEDAR. The proposer's presence during this discussion is not required but can be very beneficial.

With kind regards,
 Emma Spanswick & Andrew Kavanagh
