We invite you to submit your abstracts to the sessions under *COSPAR 
commission C*:*Space Studies of the Upper Atmospheres of the Earth and 
Planets including Reference Atmospheres. *

The 42nd COSPAR Scientific Assembly will be held in *Pasadena, CA* from
