Dear Colleagues,

We would like to direct your attention to the session “Developing Strategies for Enhancing CEDAR Science in Student Research, Curriculum, and Outreach” at the upcoming CEDAR 2015 workshop. This session is scheduled from 10-12 on Tuesday, June 23, in Kane 220.

The format of the session is a round-table discussion with a few invited speakers. We encourage attendees to discuss their experiences with effective teaching and student advising strategies, or bring forth areas of struggles and frustrations. We particularly encourage young scientist in tenure-track position to attend, as well as both undergraduate and graduate students to provide valuable input. Please let us know if you would like to show a few slides or have a specific topic you would like to discuss.
