CEDAR email: NASA HQ responds to letter from CSSC

In August, the CEDAR Steering Committee has sent a letter to NASA 
headquarters regarding the projected budget for the Heliophysics program 
and the challenges it poses for CEDAR science reliant on the completion 
of the recommendations of the 2013 Decadal Survey for Solar and Space 
Physics. A response from the NASA Science Mission Directorate was 
recently received and has been posted to the CEDAR website at
