[cam-users] multiple thread problem

Hi all,
I'm trying to run the ccsm on an Alpha server. 
However it only works if NTHRDS=1 for all components. If I try NTHRDS>1
the model appears to stop in the mpi_init routine. Has anyone come across
anything like this.
