[Wrf-users] Questions about using geogrid.exe to form global 30s topography file

Dear All,
I have been trying to use geogrid.exe (in WRF3.2) to form a set of 30s global topography data (such as HGT_M). The data is in "lat-lon" grid, and the size is 43201x21601. I understand that this is a very big output data size, thus I turned on WRFIO_NCD_LARGE_FILE_SUPPORT=1 and NETCDF4=1 as in http://mailman.ucar.edu/pipermail/wrf-users/2017/004514.html. Yet I still get a problem as follows:

Parsed 20 entries in GEOGRID.TBL
Processing domain 1 of 1
  Processing XLAT and XLONG
WRF_DEBUG: NetCDF error: NetCDF: One or more variable sizes violate format cons
 traints
 WRF_DEBUG: NetCDF error in ext_ncd_open_for_write_commit wrf_io.F90, line
   1442
ERROR: Error in ext_pkg_write_commit

Is there anyway to form this kind of data?
Thanks for the help in advance,
Jinbo
